Exeter Science Centre is a small but mighty independent educational charity. Since we established in 2020, we have reached over 19,000 people through our projects and events. We are passionate about connecting people with current research, industry and local action, particularly focused around global challenges.
There are many ways in which businesses can partner with us in our mission to educate, motivate and empower people to make a difference in the world; through our outreach programmes in schools and communities across the South West and through the creation of a network of hands-on, accessible science discovery centres.

Ways to support us
Make a donation
Make an unrestricted donation to contribute to our core running costs, helping us to staff our programmes, pay our bills, maintain our equipment and grow. If you’re interested in supporting us in this way get in touch!
Donate a service
Why not support us by donating a service? IT support, legal advice, accountancy services, exhibit building, PAT testing, marquees for touring activities and building/providing furniture for our first centre, are just some of the many ways that you can help us to grow. Get in touch!
Volunteer staff time
We are hugely grateful to the volunteers that help make our activities a success and they always enjoy their time with us. Join us for a particular event or sign up to our volunteer mailing list to hear about engagement opportunities. You don’t have to be a scientist to volunteer!
