Exeter Science Centre is a small but mighty independent educational charity. Since we established in 2020, we have reached over 20,000 people through our projects and events. We are passionate about connecting people with current research, industry and local action, particularly focused around global challenges.
There are many ways in which businesses can partner with us in our mission to educate, motivate and empower people to make a difference in the world; through our outreach programmes in schools and communities across the South West and through the creation of a network of hands-on, accessible science discovery centres.

Ways to support us
Make a corporate donation
Make an unrestricted, tax-deductible contribution to support our mission. Corporate donations power our daily operations, allowing us to staff our programmes, maintain equipment, and expand our reach. This is a philanthropic way for your business to meet its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) goals. All corporate donors are gratefully acknowledged on our website and in our annual report.

Donate a service
Why not support us by donating a service? IT support, legal advice, accountancy services, exhibit building, PAT testing, marquees for touring activities and building/providing furniture for our first centre, are just some of the many ways that you can help us to grow.

Make a match donation via Benevity
We’re registered on Benevity, a platform that enables corporations to make donations, offer match donations (for example if an employee volunteers for us – you could match their time with a financial donation to us) and lots more to support charities like ours.
